Blackhawks’ Andrew Shaw Kicks Field Goal at Bears Game, Shoe Travels Almost as Far as Ball (Videos)
If you thought the Bears finally won a game on Sunday because Jay “Jesus Christ” Cutler was back, think again. The Bears won because they invited the Stanley Cup champion Chicago Blackhawks to Soldier Field to be honored at halftime. And the Blackhawks brought their winning mojo with them.
Of course, that’s not what this post is about. I just mentioned it to explain why in the hell Hawks forward Andrew Shaw kicked a field goal at Soldier Stadium. He was there with Jonathan Toews, Patrick Kane, Brent Seabrook, Corey Crawford, Marcus Kruger, Scott Darling, Andrew Desjardins, and Trevor van Riemsdyk.
They paraded the Stanley Cup around the place, and the Bears had a little ceremony for them. Then Patrick Kane held the ball for Shaw as he kicked it through the uprights. And Shaw’s shoe flew off his foot and traveled almost as far as the ball.

I’d day Bears kicker Robbie Gould‘s job is safe.
