Update On Shooting Outside At&T Stadium, Suspect In Jail, Victim On Life Support (Video)

download (53)Dallas resident Marvin Rodriguez, 28, was arrested at the scene Sunday, and jail records show he remained in custody in Arlington on Tuesday. He is facing charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury, both second-degree felonies punishable by up to 20 years in prison. His bail is set at $200,000.

Tailgaters apparently got into a fight after Sunday’s Dallas Cowboys-New England Patriots game at AT&T Stadium, this video shows the scene after everything went down.

Police said the violent brawl started with two fights in lot 10 following the Cowboys game against the New England Patriots. CBS11 obtained exclusive video showing the brawl moments before the gun came out.

 

“After he shot the guy, one of his friends was telling him, ‘Kill him! Kill him! Kill him’,” said the witness. A Gofundme has been set up for the victim, Ricky Sells pictured below:
