Oilers Rookie Sensation Connor McDavid Out with Fractured Collarbone (Video)
Everyone who was waiting to see what Oilers rookie Connor McDavid was going to do next is going to have to show a little patience. The #1 draft pick has reportedly suffered a fractured collarbone after falling into the boards while getting tangled up with a Flyers defensemen on a break to the goal.

In 13 games, McDavid leads all NHL rookies with 12 points (five goals and seven assists), and he’s second in scoring on the Oilers.
No timeline has been given for his return. The timeline has been referred to as “indefinite” but it’s likely the team will give him enough time to make a full recovery before putting him back out on the ice.
