Blake Griffin Doesn’t Need Lights to Hit a Free Throw (Video)
Last night, Blake Griffin was lining up to shoot an early free throw when the lights at Staples Center dimmed to total darkness for one brief second. While the lights were out, Griffin managed to shoot and hit his free throw on his team’s way to trouncing the Milwaukee Bucks.
Here’s the clip. Toss on your night vision goggles.
While it looks cool, it’s clear that a free throw is the lamest thing that can take place in the dark. A dunk is the third coolest, a pull-up three off a fast break is the second, and a steal is definitely the coolest thing you can do in the dark. But a free throw is still pretty cool, I guess.
