Burfict’s agent, Audie Attar, told NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport he plans to appeal the suspension.
This is the fourth safety-related punishment Burfict has been given in 2015. Actions against the Steelers in Week 14 cost him nearly $70,000 in fines. This is the first suspension he’s been given.
