Kobe Bryant Gives Some Lucky Kid a Signed Pair of His Shoes (Video)
Kobe Bryant‘s farewell tour has given the world a kinder, gentler, Kobe. He’s been downright nice to NBA players, and now it appears as though he’s even treating children decently.
Kobe wasn’t able to play the second half of last night’s game against the Nuggets due to shoulder issues, but he took that time to treat a lucky kid to a signed pair of his game-worn shoes. Right off his feet, actually.

Personally, I think it’s all a ploy just to get an excuse to take his shoes off and wiggle his toes, but I’m cynical like that. Maybe he wanted to make a kid happy. Or maybe he wanted to give someone his smelly shoes as a prank. Whatever his motivation, I’m sure the recipient walked away happy.
