Peyton Manning Cracks Joke About Eli and the Rookie INT Record During Retirement Speech (Video)
During his first NFL season with the Indianapolis Colts back in 1998, Peyton Manning threw 28 interceptions, the most ever by an NFL rookie quarterback.
As for Peyton’s brother, Eli Manning, he threw just 9 picks in his first year with the Giants, but he also started in just 7 games that season. Had Eli started in all 16 games in 2004, like Peyton did six years earlier, there’s a good chance he would have at least flirted with his brother’s dubious NFL rookie record for most INTs.
