LeBron Goes 12-for-18 and Scores 27, Delusional Pistons Rookie Stanley Johnson Says “I’m Definitely In His Head”

The Cleveland Cavaliers throttled the Detroit Pistons in Game 2 of their opening round series on Wednesday night. The big difference in the 107-90 contest was a monster third quarter by the Cavs in which they outscored the Pistons 27-15.

As you would expect, LeBron James led the way with another excellent performance, scoring 27 points on 12-for-18 shooting that included 2-for-4 from beyond the arc. If LeBron keeps playing that efficiently, it’s going to be extremely difficult for anybody in the East to beat the Cavaliers. Or so you would think. According to 19-year-old Pistons rookie Stanley Johnson, he’s got LeBron right where he wants him.

Johnson spoke to ESPN’s Nick Friedell after the game about the Cavs and guarding LeBron, and the kid was pretty damn confident considering his team could not do anything to throw LeBron off his game.

Check this out:

Stanley Johnson was selected 8th overall out of Arizona in 2015 and he had a solid rookie season, averaging 8.1 points and 4.2 rebounds off the bench. But the numbers don’t lie. He is definitely not in LeBron’s head.

That’s not all Johnson had to say, though. He also explained that he’s very confident going forward.

And he made it clear that he is not a fan of the Cavaliers’ trash talking.

I don’t know about you, but I look forward to watching LeBron James scoring 45 points in Game 3 on Friday.
