Derek Fisher Ordered To Pay Ex-Wife $1.3M A Year in Spousal Support
Former New York Knicks coach Derek Fisher, who’s been entangled in a love triangle with the estranged wife of his former teammate Matt Barnes, finally put his marriage in the rearview mirror. Somewhat.
On May 24th, a judge made his divorce official after 10 years of marriage, but court documents obtained by TMZ show his now ex-wife made out like a bandit, money wise.
“Derek Fisher and his ex-wife, Candace, have decided to destroy the embryos they had frozen during their marriage as part of their divorce settlement … this according to court documents obtained by TMZ Sports.
There’s more … the court docs also show Candace made out like a bandit in terms of spousal support — with Derek agreeing to shell out $109,000 A MONTH ($1.3 MILLION per year).
Fisher also agreed to pay $15k per month in child support for their 9-year-old twin sons.”
Looks like Fisher has signed his ex-wife to a veteran minimum until further notice. Ouch.
