Redskins WR DeSean Jackson Cost Himself A $500K Bonus By Missing Practice
“PRACTICE? WE TALKING BOUT PRACTICE, NOT A GAME, NOT A GAME, BUT PRACTICE.”
It’s been over 10+ years since Allen Iverson delivered that infamous practice speech. Fast forward to 2016 and Washington Redskins wide receiver DeSean Jackson probably wishes he had shown up to practice, because he cost himself a $500K bonus by not doing so.

“The last time I looked up the word ‘voluntary,’ it is his choice,” Redskins head coach Jay Gruden told The Associated Press on Wednesday. ”He’s been in the league nine years I believe it is and he knows what type of shape he has to come in. Obviously last year he pulled his hamstring, and people are gonna say he was out of shape, but he wasn’t really. I think he’ll be ready to go.”
Jackson has earned over $37 Million in his NFL career. I’m sure he’ll be okay.
