The Scripps National Spelling Bee named co-champions on Thursday night after 13-year-old Jairam Hathwar of Corning, New York, and 11-year-old Nihara Janga of Austin, Texas, went toe-to-toe for 25 straight rounds without a single winner emerging.

Unfortunately for Jairam, however, people are only really talking about Nihara. Why? Because of his awesome victory celebration.

You see, Nihara is a huge Dallas Cowboys fan, and when he won he channeled his favorite player, Dez Bryant, by beating his chest and throwing up a Dez Bryant X.

Take a look:

According to the Houston Chronicle, Nihara’s dad promised to take him to a Dallas Cowboys game to watch his favorite player if he won the spelling bee. However, it looks like that promise isn’t going to cost Mr. Janga anything. With everybody on Twitter talking about Nihara’s victory celebration, it didn’t take long for Dez Bryant to hear about it and offer to get Nihara to a game:

So let this be a lesson to future National Spelling Bee contestants. If you want to be famous on the internet, plan a sweet victory celebration.
