GoT’s The Mountain Threatens Cristiano Ronaldo: I’ll Crush Your Head if You Score on Iceland in Euro 2016 (Video)
His friends call him Hafþór. Everybody else calls him The Mountain. But if Portuguese soccer superstar Cristiano Ronaldo scores on poor little Iceland in Euro 2016, he won’t be calling him anything. Because his head will be a pile of mush on the ground.
On Friday the UEFA European Championship kicks off in France. On Tuesday, Portugal and Ronaldo take on continental minnows Iceland in group play. So naturally Icelandic strongman Hafþór Björnsson, the 6’9″ 400-pound beast of a 27-year-old who plays The Mountain on Game of Thrones, got on the YouTubes and threatened to crush Ronaldo’s head with his bare hands if he even thinks of scoring on the Icelanders.
Take a look:
Of course, The Mountain is just kidding. While we would all love to see Cersei Lannister’s undead bodyguard crush Ronaldo’s head with his huge beefy hands, it’s just not possible. Ronaldo’s hair is so greasy, it would be like tying to pick up a ballbearing covered in motor oil.
Seriously, though. Go Iceland.
