Draymond Green Watched Game 5 with A’s Fans at the Coliseum and Got Cheered Coming Out of the Bathroom (Video)
The NBA was totally cool with Draymond Green blatantly kicking Steven Adams in the balls during the Western Conference Finals. But whacking LeBron James in the nuts during the NBA Finals? Well hell no they’re not cool with that. So on Sunday the NBA actually suspended Green for Game 5. And that meant that he wasn’t even allowed in the building. Which in turn meant that, if the Warriors won, Green would not have been there for the final buzzer.
Obviously, that really would have sucked. Luckily, Green didn’t have to watch the game alone. As it turns out, Green was not very far away from Oracle Arena. He was actually right next door at the Oakland Coliseum, watching Game 5 in a luxury suite during the Oakland A’s game. So Green was still surrounded by 20,000 Warriors fans during Game 5.
Those 20,000 Warriors fans were well aware they were in the presence of Draymond Green, too. In fact, at one point he went to the bathroom and when he came out, a ton of people were there chanting “MVP! MVP!”

That’s a hell of a reception.
Of course, as you probably know, the Warriors did not win the championship on Monday night. So assuming he doesn’t punch or kick anybody else in the nuts, Draymond Green will be there if (but probably when) the Warriors finish off the Cavs.
