Draymond Green Reaches Plea Deal For Pimp-Slapping MSU DB Who Transferred Shortly After
Earlier this month, Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green was arrested and accused of slapping a Michigan State Spartans DB and having his goons choke his girlfriend while at a bar in East Lansing.
On Friday, Draymond signed a plea agreement and according to the Detroit Free Press, the reported terms of the deal include a $560 fine, no criminal offenses and no contact with the victim for one year. The charge could then become a civil infraction.
Police reportedly told ESPN, “It was basically an altercation between two guys. There’s no injuries.”
If convicted, he could have faced 90 days or more in jail. That Michigan State DB has since transferred to another school.
