Los Angeles Rams Can’t Seem to Locate RB Tre Mason; No Communication & Family is Worried
This story is getting scarier by each passing day.
Los Angeles Rams coaching staff haven’t had any contact with running back Tre Mason since the season ended and he has yet to report to camp or report to anybody communication wise.
Via Fox Sports:
“I haven’t personally spoken with Tre since the season ended,” coach Jeff Fisher said. “I tried numerous times to reach him. Tre has made a decision not to communicate with us, not to talk. Not talking to his teammates. Right now we’re more concerned about Tre Mason’s well-being than we are his football career.”
Late July it was reported that cops have been called 5 times in the last 4 months to his place of residence because his family was concerned about his mental health.
“Mason’s family is concerned about his mental health — citing a string of bizarre behavior and angry outbursts … and they’re worried for his personal safety.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Dept. has been called to the home 5 times since March 28th — and at least once, Mason agreed to check into a facility to resolve the situation.
From the info we’ve gathered, Mason has NEVER been accused of hurting anyone. However, on one occasion, a family member told cops she didn’t want Tre to leave the house because he hadn’t slept in days and she was worried “he will get hurt.””
Right now, his mental health is more important than a roster spot on a football team. Hopefully, he can get the help he so desperately needs.
