Speedo Drops Ryan Lochte as Endorser; Ralph Lauren Won’t Renew Contract With Him Either
Everybody wondered what the fallout would be after U.S. swimmer Ryan Lochte and friends started up an international incident when they decided to lie about being robbed at gunpoint during the Rio Olympics. Video and pictures proved otherwise and on Monday, Lochte found out just how bad he had messed up.

The four swimmers attempted to cover up a drunken altercation with security at a gas station by claiming they been robbed at gunpoint. Two of his teammates admitted to the lie when authorities in Rio grabbed them off a plane as they tried to leave for home and pressed them about the issue. The face of the lying four, Ryan Lochte, had already returned to the United States and thought he might have been in the clear until Monday where he got hit in his pockets.
