The Hashtag #boycottNFL Seems to be Picking up Some Traction (Tweets)
With all the scandals and CTE issues the league has faced in the past couple years, you wouldn’t think people would have a hard time coming up with reasons to boycott the NFL. And though #boycottNFL started as a predictable reaction to Colin Kaepernick, Brandon Marshall, and others taking a knee during the national anthem, the whole thing has sorta snowballed into a more general list of gripes that range from financing stadiums with tax dollars, to domestic violence cover-ups, to anti-patriotism charges, to people just responding, “No, no one’s ever gonna boycott the NFL.”

The ignorance #boycottNFL exposes reminds me of early school when we’d play Simon Says and half the room looks stupid at once.
