Pro Bull Riders Plan Counter-Protest to Athletes Kneeling During the National Anthem
On Wednesday, the chief executive of Professional Bull Riders took to Facebook to inform their fans that they would be responding to all of those athletes kneeling during the playing of the National Anthem with their own counter-protest.
Basically, they will be doing the same thing they’ve always been doing, and that’s stand for the National Anthem.
“Sean Gleason, chief executive of PBR, wrote on the league’s Facebook page Wednesday that all 35 of the top bull riders in PBR’s Built Ford Tough series have pledged to respectfully stand in unity during the presentation of the American flag and singing of the national anthem.”
That’ll show them.
