Church Reminds Cubs Fans to Make Good on Those Prayers During the World Series (Tweet)
Any true sports fan, religious or not, has, at one time or another, sent a request upstairs for an out, a long field goal, a stop, or a three-pointer. But rarely had so many been made at once as during Game 7 of the World Series by Cubs fans.
Knowing that Chicago fans have incurred a pretty profound karmic debt, the Central Baptist Church is reminding those suddenly devout fans to get in the door at 10:45 on Sunday.

I mean, if 5 million people can attend the parade, the local churches can score a few hundred thousand, right?
