Cleveland Browns Fan Plans to Celebrate 0-16 Season With Parade in January
After watching the Cleveland Indians blow a 3-1 series lead in the World Series to the Chicago Cubs, Cleveland residents were forced to pay attention to the win-less Browns as they’ve gone 0-2 since the Indians’ failure.
After the Browns fell to 0-10 on the year, and seriously looking at going 0-16, Browns fan Reflog_18 took to Twitter and stated that he has indeed filed an official application with the city of Cleveland to host a parade in January to celebrate the winless season.

A Facebook event for the parade has already been created and more than 2,000 people have confirmed they will be going.
