Johnny Manziel Was Tailgating and Playing Football Outside Giants-Cowboys Game (Video)
Former NFL quarterback Johnny Manziel was tailgating and playing a little parking lot pigskin outside the Giants-Cowboys game in New Jersey on Sunday night.
Of course, he could have been playing in the actual game, given how badly Cowboys owner Jerry Jones wanted to sign him. But in the end Johnny was too much of a liability even for a guy who had no problem signing players who beat up their girlfriends.
Manziel was in New York over the weekend to take in Saturday’s Heisman Ceremony, after which he was seen partying with winner Lamar Jackson. On Sunday night he wound up in a parking lot outside MetLife Stadium, eating some steak, smoking some cigarettes, and playing catch with random people who probably had no idea who they were playing catch with.
Take a look:
It would appear that Manziel was the guest of somebody named David Einhorn who, as you may have noticed, really likes it when people call him Papi:
While playing actual NFL football pays really well, playing outside in the parking lot does have its advantages. For example, unless you are a Buffalo Bills fan, you are far less likely to get a concussion in the parking lot.
Godspeed, Johnny Football.
