Kaepernick Spends 1st Day of Offseason Handing Out Books, Clothes, Sneakers, Hats & Supplies to Orphans (Videos)

The San Francisco 49ers had a season to forget, filled with controversy surrounding QB Colin Kaepernick kneeling during the National Anthem, 2 wins, and a fired coach and GM to cap off 2016.

Many people did not agree with Kaepernick’s method of protest, but you can’t deny that he’s backed up everything he said while doing anything he can to better communities around the United States.

“The San Francisco 49ers wrapped up their 2016 season on Sunday, and on Monday, quarterback Colin Kaepernick was keeping busy. He spent part of the day going to shelters and orphanages to donate a variety of materials. He passed along books, clothing, bedding, and more, and the Know Your Rights Camp Instagram account has a couple videos from the day.”

Not even close to half of the items @kaepernick7 donated yesterday We spent the day helping Kap unload vans and car loads worth of shoes, t-shirts, books and so much more! What a way to start off 2017!!
