Report: Buffalo Bills Planning To Move On From QB Tyrod Taylor (Video)
Late December, the Buffalo Bills decided to move on and fire head coach Rex Ryan after the team was eliminated from playoff contention again. Rumors then started swirling that it spelled doom for QB Tyrod Taylor and his future with the team.
For the final week of the season, the team benched Tyrod so they could get a look at EJ Manuel and they also didn’t want to risk injury when he is due a $15.5M bonus and $30.75M guaranteed if he is hurt. The year before Tyrod Taylor came in, the Bills were 26th in scoring offense. Last year they were 12th, this year 5th.
Despite all of those improvements on offense since he arrived, reports are that the Bills are planning to move on from Tyrod this offseason, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
