Philadelphia 76ers rookie center Joel Embiid has single-handedly transformed the Sixers from a total laughing stock into a respectable opponent. And while his per-game stats aren’t that impressive because the team put a strict cap on his playing time, Embiid’s per-36 stats—28.3 points, 11.2 rebounds, 3.5 blocks, 2.9 assists, and 1.1 steals—are fantastic.

Unfortunately, and much to the disappointment of basketball fans in Philly, none of that was enough to earn Embiid an All-Star nod in his long-awaited rookie season.

The good news? Thanks to this snub, we got a couple more fantastic tweets from the kid who has quickly become the league’s MVT—or Most Valuable Tweeter.

First Embiid tweeted this:

The so-called “dude on TV” is Shaquille O’Neal, who had said on TNT that Embiid’s stats were inflated because he got more rest than other stars. The part about the date was a reference to a pair of previous tweets about Embiid wanting to earn a date with Rihanna:

As for Embiid’s second tweet in response to his All-Star snub, that was a very timely Donald Trump joke:

It’s funny because it’s true!
