Antonio Brown and Pat McAfee played on different teams in different divisions. However, the two developed a pretty solid rapport on Twitter over the past couple of years, so it was only fitting that Brown would respond to McAfee’s surprise retirement with a little gentle ribbing.

McAfee, the former Colts punter and aspiring comedian, announced on Wednesday that he was retiring from football at the age of just 29 and taking a job with Barstool Sports. Brown, the recently embattled Steelers superstar, took to Twitter on Thursday to say farewell…by Tweeting a video of his 71-yard punt return touchdown off McAfee from December 2015 and setting it Sarah McLachlan‘s “I Will Remember You.”

Take a look:

This is not the first time Brown and McAfee have interacted on Twitter. Back in November McAfee asked Brown to kingly not stomp on his face the way to he did to Cleveland Browns punter Spencer Lanning back in 2014…

To which Brown replied…

More recently, McAfee stood up for Brown after he was accused of “pouting” after a Steelers touchdown during the AFC Championship Game against the Patriots…

Obviously there are no hard feelings between Brown and McAfee. They’re just a couple of guys who like to make jokes.
