Eddie Lacy’s Contract With Seahawks Includes Weight Clause
Seattle Seahawks fans who were nervous about their team’s recent acquisition of Eddie Lacy will be happy to know that the running back’s one-year contract does include a weight clause, among other incentives and stipulations.
That is especially good news after learning that Lacy recently showed up for a visit with an NFL team weighing a whopping 267 pounds.
According to CBS Sports’ Jason La Canfora, the contract also contains “per game roster bonuses and production incentives.” Lacy signed a one-year deal with the team worth $5.55-million (with $3-million said to be guaranteed).
