Raiders Apparently Considering Signing Marshawn Lynch…Who’s Still a Seahawk
Marshawn Lynch left the league prior to last season as one of the best running backs in the game, even after 10 seasons. A year after his retirement, the Raiders must have some info that he might be willing to return to the Bay Area, because they’re considering working out his release or a trade from Seattle so that he can suit up in black and silver.
Raiders strongly considering acquiring RB Marshawn Lynch, either through trade or by his release, sources tell @JosinaAnderson and me.

The move kind of makes sense, but if Marshawn wasn’t interested in continuing to play for the Seattle juggernaut, it’s questionable whether he’ll want to be a Raider. Though he does love his hometown.
The NFL Network says he’s still in great shape at 30 years old and is weighing the possibility of a return.
Marshawn Lynch is in shape. He’s thought about playing. Raiders are interested. But would the #Seahawks actually trade him? We’ll see.
