Report: NFL To Fine Players Who Were At Las Vegas Arm-Wrestling Event
NFL started an investigation into a Las Vegas arm wrestling competition to determine whether current players violated the league’s gambling policies over the weekend.
According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, those players in attendance—which includes James Harrison, NaVorro Bowman, Kenny Stills, and Marquette King—will indeed be fined by the league.

“Had we been asked in advance if this was acceptable, we would have indicated that it was in direct violation of the gambling policy,” NFL executive vice president for communications and public affairs, Joe Lockhart, told to USA TODAY’s Jarrett Bell.
Retired Seattle Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch was also in attendance, but the fact he remains retired removes him from the category of “current” players facing discipline.
