Minnesota Timberwolves Unveiled Their New Logo Last Night, and the Twitter Critics Came Out (TWEETS)
Without a playoff berth, the T-Wolves wanted to give something to their fans at the end of the season, so they hit them with a new logo for the team. The release had been widely anticipated, and when the moment came, it was naturally a bit anticlimactic.
Here’s the logo, which, yeah, does look like a billion other greyscale pro logos:

Twitter was quick to point out that the scheme and design matched the Seahawks, an SB Nation blog, and the logo of an Australian soccer team. Probably not the response the organization was looking for!

I’m not sure I see the resemblance, but if a team managed to get Hansel on a logo, I would be an instant fan of that team.
