High School Girl Delivers What Might Be the Hardest Hit in the History of Flag Football (Video)
There aren’t supposed to be bonecrushing hits in flag football. That’s the whole point of the flags. You grab those instead of smashing into each other and giving each other concussions.
Apparently nobody explained any of this to the kids at Fayetteville High School in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Some or all of the girls from the Class of 2017 recently took part in a flag football game that one can only assume is a senior tradition. During that game, a girl on the white team was running the ball like a goddamn freight train when a girl on the purple team made the incredibly unwise decision to get in her path and attempt a very risky reach-around tackle.
Result? Girl on the white team absolutely flattens girl on the purple team, sending spectators on the sidelines into a tizzy.

Fortunately you can see the girl on the purple team start to get up at the end of the video, so we know she didn’t break her neck. I wouldn’t be surprised, though, if she were to experience some symptoms of post-concussion syndrome this week, because that hit was absolutely devastating.
On the bright side, maybe she can use this incident to get out of taking exams.
