Kansas City Chiefs 10th Overall Draft Pick QB Patrick Mahomes Robbed At Gunpoint

Kansas City Chiefs 10th overall draft pick in the 2017 NFL draft Patrick Mahomes is thankful today that he has his life after he had a gun pointed at him and was robbed on Friday.

KLTV has the details:

“Patrick Mahomes II was reportedly robbed at gunpoint in Smith County on Friday. 

On May 12, Smith County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to a residence located in the 8800 block of Mansion Creek Circle in reference to an Aggravated Robbery.

Upon arrival deputies met with four individuals who stated that they had been robbed by a white male suspect who they believed to be armed with a handgun. One of the individuals robbed was Mr. Patrick Mahomes II. 

As the victims were getting out of their vehicle, the suspect pulled into the driveway.

As the suspect approached the victims, he was seen gesturing as if he had a handgun in his waistband. The suspect then demanded property from the victims.

The suspect fled the location in his vehicle.

After deputies arrived and spoke with the victims they were able to locate the suspect’s vehicle which was occupied by two males. A stop of the vehicle was performed near County Road 273 and Malisa Circle.”

No one was injured.

As far as the suspects, Michael Blake Pinkerton and Billy Ray Johnson – theywere both arrested and taken to the Smith County Jail.
