Study Says Cowboys Have NFL’s Best Fans, Chiefs The Worst
We’re at that time of the year where the NBA Finals are over, the Stanley Cup Finals are over, and baseball teams are still playing irrelevant games this early in the season.
As we patiently (or impatiently) wait for the start of the 2017 NFL season, we get to argue about whose fan base is the best and the worst.
A recent study, conducted by professor Michael Lewis of Emory University, decided to rank the NFL’s 32 fan bases with consideration to factors of “fan equity,” “social media equity,” and “road equity.” This is what they came up with.
The much disliked Dallas Cowboys came in at #1, while the Kansas City Chiefs came in at the bottom.
