WWE Issues Statement Concerning LaMelo Ball Saying ‘Ni**a’ On Live TV (VIDEO)
Less than a week after being selected #2 overall by the Los Angeles Lakers in the 2017 NBA Draft, Lonzo Ball, his father LaVar, and younger brother LaMelo all found themselves on WWE Raw at the Staples Center on Monday Night.
While it seemed like everything was going according to plan, the youngest member of the Ball family, LaMelo, decided to throw in some extra words while on the mic that weren’t part of the show.
He briefly got on the mic and yelled, ‘Beat That Niggas Ass,’ multiple times as his father bounced off the ropes shirtless.

Following that incident, the WWE has been forced to issue a statement concerning LaMelo’s language to clear up any confusion, so they won’t receive any backlash for something that wasn’t planned.
“The inappropriate language used by a guest during the ‘Miz TV’ segment was not scripted nor reflects WWE’s values,” the company said in a statement to The Los Angeles Times.
