Mayweather-McGregor Sponsorship Will Be Most Expensive in Boxing History

If you’re a business owner and would like to see your company’s name front and center in the ring at the August 26th Mayweather-McGregor fight in Vegas, you better have a cool $10 million sitting in your pocket.

That’s how much the promotional agency is asking for if you’d like your logo to sit front and center on-screen. You’ll also get your branding on two ropes, the ring girls’ outfits, and your name will be dropped prior to every round.

You can buy logo placements at either corner for $5 million each if that’s closer to your budget.

Prior, the biggest sum paid was Tecate beer’s $5.6 million to reside in the center of the ring for Mayweather-Pacquiao.

Of course, bear in mind that your exposure is directly tied to how long the fight lasts, so you could be going through all this financial pain for about five minutes of actual TV time.

But I’m sure someone will still pay it.
