REPORT: Wizards Considering Moving Key Piece On Team In An Effort To Land Paul George
The Washington Wizards are the latest team to add their name into the Paul George sweepstakes, and they’re willing to go all out to get him.
After an impressive showing in the playoffs, where they came one game away from making it to the Eastern Conference Finals, the team believes George is that star caliber player that can put them over the edge alongside what they already have.
According to reports, the Wizards may be willing to give up one of their star three assets in an effort to acquire George.

“The Wizards would likely sign-and-trade Otto Porter, with one protected pick attached, to rent George, according to league sources,” Lowe writes.
Otto Porter is coming off one of his best years, as he averaged 14.9 points, 7.1 rebounds, 1.7 assists, and shot a career high .516 from the field and .434 from beyond the 3-point line.
