Chiefs’ Marcus Peters Says He Plans To ‘Beat The Dog Sh-t’ Out of Marshawn Lynch
I love the smell of a football rivalry in the air.
Marshawn Lynch finally got his wish this year after he came out of retirement to play for his hometown Oakland Raiders, and he couldn’t be more thrilled about it. Fellow Oakland native Marcus Peters thinks that’s cool and all, but as an AFC West division rival, the Chiefs cornerback has a profane message for Lynch for the upcoming season.
“It’s going to feel good for him. It’s going to be a good feeling, It’s going to be a good feeling for Oakland. But when we come here, we’re going to beat the dog s— out of him.”
Peters’ comments came at a weird time, as they were made during the 11th annual Fam 1st Foundation Football Camp, an event for Oakland kids which is hosted by Lynch.
It doesn’t matter when, where, or how. Rivalries never take a day off. The Kansas City Chiefs face off against the Oakland Raiders on October 19th on Thursday Night Football.
