LeBron James Is Reportedly ‘Devastated’ That Kyrie Irving Doesn’t Want To Play With Him Anymore
Last week, Kyrie Irving reportedly informed the Cleveland Cavaliers front office that he wants to be traded immediately as he no longer wants to play alongside Lebron James.
The request came last week and was made to Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert. Irving has expressed that he wants to go play in a situation where he can be a more focal point and no longer wants to play alongside LeBron James, sources said.
According to ESPN’s Brian Windhorst, LeBron was not only ‘Blindsided and disappointed,’ he was also devastated to hear Kyrie didn’t want to be his teammate anymore.
Windhorst on ESPN: “LeBron was devastated, from what I understand… He learned this several days ago. This wasn’t new to him today.”

Windhorst adds: “Cavs have known about this for some time. We found out about it today. They have begun thinking through their reactions.” — Tommy Beer (@TommyBeer) July 21, 2017
Who knew another NBA Finals loss would be the least of the Cavs problem this offseason.
