Colin Kaepernick’s Girlfriend Calls Ravens Owner Racist, Ray Lewis an Uncle Tom
That awkward moment when you’re trying to get a contract with a team and your girlfriend disses the owner.
Within the last week or so, the Baltimore Ravens had been going back and forth on whether or not to sign Colin Kaepernick as a back-up, but a recent post by his girlfriend just may have doomed his chances of playing in the NFL this year, and potentially ever again.
After former Baltimore Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis discussed Kaepernick on various sports shows and sent out a personal vid to him to keep his social activism quiet, Kaepernick’s girlfriend, Nessa, spoke out on social media.
She took to Twitter and posted an image of Leonardo Dicaprio and Samuel L. Jackson from the movie “Django Unchained” at the top, and an image of Ray Lewis and Ravens owner Steve Bisciotti at the bottom.
(Dicaprio was the racist slave master and Samuel L. Jackson was his house slave in the movie, in case you haven’t seen it.)

This in no way helps Kaepernick’s situation, as the image is sure to make it’s way around the league.
