Social Media Goes OFF On LeBron For Blaming Donald Trump For Charlottesville Protests (TWEETS)
During a white supremacists rally on the University of Virginia campus that started on Friday and spilled over into Saturday, violence broke out when counter-protesters showed up. Then, things really got out of hand when a person purposely rammed their car into a crowd, taking one person’s life and injuring many others in the process.
Cleveland Cavaliers superstar LeBron James had seen enough, so he took to Twitter and blasted President Donald Trump for everything that’s going on in Charlottesville.
It’s sad what’s going on in Charlottesville. Is this the direction our country is heading? Make America Great Again huh?! He said that♂️

That sparked more social media outrage as thousands of people came out firing at LeBron for blaming Trump for the actions of others.
Just stick to basketball bro — Mark Hill (@BigWooDevil) August 12, 2017
Not a Trump supporter… but, I don’t think he’s really the cause of this riot.
— Will (@WillHalwachs) August 12, 2017

He, didn’t have anything to do with this LeBron. It’s the people in that area that started this crap. Put the blame where it belongs. — Rick Huber (@rkhuber) August 12, 2017
Since the President can control that ♂️

How in the hell is this Trump’s fault? These racist groups have been around forever! — Shaun Warnecke (@Warn3ck3) August 12, 2017
Yes totally because a university taking down a statue of a confederate general is purely decided by the president…
— Devin (@DevinCruz30) August 13, 2017
King James, I really like and respect you, but it is too easy to blame the nations problems on one person. Our prayers go out to all.
— Vince Ascatigno (@ProVvinX) August 12, 2017
Hate to break it to you LeBron, but our president didn’t start this. Stick to hoops bud.
