REPORT: Cleveland Browns Actively Trying To Trade QB Brock Osweiler
One year to the day after signing a massive contract to be the franchise QB of the future, the Houston Texans realized they made a grave mistake and traded Brock Osweiler to the Cleveland Browns a few months ago.
All seemed well as Osweiler was named starter for the team’s first preseason game, but something must’ve happened between the first game and the upcoming third game, because Osweiler is not scheduled to appear in that one, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Brock Osweiler is not only on the verge of losing the Cleveland Browns quarterback competition to rookie DeShone Kizer, but the team is reportedly trying to trade him as well.
#Browns continued to make calls about trading Brock Osweiler before and after start of training camp, per sources. Keeping options open.

Through two preseason games, Osweiler is completing just 12 of 22 passes for no touchdowns with one interception and a 41.3 passer rating.
