7-Year-Old with 3D Printed Robotic Hand Wants to Throw Out First Pitch at Every MLB Ballpark (Video)

hailey dawson 7-year-old with 3D printed artificial hand wants to throw out first pitch in every ballpark in MLB

Two years ago, a 5-year-old girl used her specially designed 3D printed robotic hand to throw out the first pitch at a Baltimore Orioles game. Her name was Hailey Dawson and, now 7, she got to do it again at a Washington Nationals game this past June.

According to Bleacher Report, though, Hailey isn’t done throwing out first pitches. This inspirational little baseball fan has apparently made it her goal to throw out a ceremonial first pitch at all 30 MLB ballparks.

As you would expect, teams are more than happy to help make Hailey’s dream a reality.

Is that awesome or what? I guess Hailey and her family know what they’re doing next summer.

Of course, when they start making their travel plans, as one Mets fan was wise to point out, they might want to save New York for last…

We wouldn’t want Hailey’s quest derailed by the Mets curse.
