Michael Bennett Sits For National Anthem While Brother Martellus Puts Fist In The Air (VIDEO)
In his first game since being detained by Las Vegas police and having a gun put to his head, Seattle Seahawks Michael Bennett did exactly what he did during the preseason—sit during the playing of the National Anthem.
He just so happened to be facing off against his brother Martellus Bennett, who was on the opposite side of the field holding his fist in the air in support of his brother and others who have faced similar injustices.

A police organization has since asked the league to punish Bennett for making ‘false racists’ claims, but the league has elected not to pursue an investigation as Bennett has not been accused of violating any league rules.
