Hailey Dawson, the Girl with the 3D Printed Robotic Hand, Will Throw Out the First Pitch at Game 4 of the World Series
We don’t yet know where Game 4 of the 2017 World Series will take place. But we know Hailey Dawson will be there to throw out the first pitch.
Hailey, 7, was born without three fingers on her right hand due to a rare birth defect. However, thanks to the engineering department at UNLV, she has a specially designed 3D printed robitic hand in her day-to-day life.
In 2015, Hailey, a die-hard Orioles fan, got to throw out a first pitch at Camden Yards. Earlier this season, she got to throw out the first pitch to fellow Las Vegas native Bryce Harper at a Washington Nationals game.

More recently Hailey announced her goal of throwing out the first pitch at every ballpark in Major League Baseball. And teams were falling all over themselves trying to make it happen.
Now MLB is stepping to the plate. On Wednesday, Bleacher Report revealed that Hailey will be throwing out the first pitch at Game 4 of the World Series.
