Looks Like Jason Peters Scared Jake Elliott Into Making That 61-Yard Field Goal (VIDEO)
Last Sunday, the Philadelphia Eagles were trying their best to fend off the New York Giants, who came all the way back from 14 points down.
The Giants probably thought they had at least taken the game into overtime, but Eagles kickier Jake Elliott had other ideas. He stepped up on the final play of regulation and nailed a 61-yard field goal like it was nothing.
It turns out the rookie kicker had some motivation to make that kick, and it came in the form of a 6-foot-4, 328 pound beast by the name of Jason Peters. The huge offensive lineman called Elliott over and said calmly, “No more misses, bro.” But then he kept repeating it, and then he stood up to make sure he got his point across.
Can see why Jake Elliott nailed 61 yard game winner
I’d be scared of Jason Peters
