White House Describes Trump’s Stance On Anthem Controversy as “Black & White”…LOL (VIDEO)
If the White House was trying to convince the world that the President’s stance on the NFL player protests wasn’t racially motivated, he could have gotten his press secretary, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, to use less “colorful” language in describing his position.
She offered this long, meaningless run-through:
“This isn’t an us-versus-them, this would be something that brings our country together. These are symbols of what our country stands for so that’s the opposite of what that is. This should be a very unifying moment, when the national anthem plays, all Americans should be proud to stand up, salute that flag, salute that anthem, and be part of that process.”
Then, driving the point home, she offered, “I don’t think there’s much to clarify. It’s pretty black and white there.”
Oh, is it?
HERE COME THE MEMES!
