REPORT: Bengals Receiver Tyler Boyd Charged With Drug Possession
Being 1-3 to start the season is bad enough, but to have to deal with other outside distractions can make an already tough season that much worse.
Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tyler Boyd is reportedly facing drug charges following a July car crash in Pittsburgh, his hometown.
“The report says the crash occurred at 3 a.m. on July 12 in Jefferson Hills, a suburb of Pittsburgh. A black Mercedes Benz registered to Boyd hit a guardrail, but when police arrived on the scene no one was in the car.”

Boyd admitted one vape pen and the unopened vape cartridges were his. He also claimed, “but they don’t get you high or anything.”
According to Berman, a vape pen, vape cartridges containing cannabis oil, vodka, and Cognac were found in a crashed Mercedes, registered to Boyd’s name. The vape cartridge said “Ocean Live Resin” with a marijuana leaf on the packaging.
