Did ESPN Play Funeral Music For Dalvin Cook’s ACL Injury? (VIDEO)
The Minnesota Vikings’ season took a big blow last week when rookie running back Dalvin Cook went down with an injury to his left knee in the third quarter. The non-contact injury was later confirmed to be an ACL tear.
On Monday Night Football, ESPN took a look back at that injury while the team was in the midst of taking on the Chicago Bears. Fans couldn’t help but notice that eerie music playing in the background.
The music sounded a lot like funeral music, as many pointed out. It’s almost as if that was ESPN’s way of saying the injury pretty much ended the Vikings’ hopes of doing anything this year.
