Video Surfaces of Boston College Recruiting Party: Features Underage Drinking and Strippers (VIDEO)

Former Boston Collins football player Jamall Anderson has gone public with stories of depraved recruiting parties at the school. Speaking to TMZ, Anderson admitted he committed credit card fraud to pay for the blowouts in the hopes that the invited recruits would sign.

He provided a video of one such party from 1995 that shows the players and recruits taking part in underaged drinking, dancing with hired strippers, and at one point there is even a recruit passed out on the bathroom floor.  So you can see why it’s not in BC’s best interest to have this video see the light of day.

But it has.

Here’s the video in question:

“What you see on the video is just us outta control. We just did it all,” Anderson said.

Of course, Anderson is also plugging a book, so it’s not like altruism is at the root of this sudden expose.

He says he’s coming forward so future athletes can learn from the mistakes he made, but all signs point to Anderson looking to make a quick buck. I suppose it could be both, though.

Boston College responded to the old video with, “This 22 year old video, which is alleged to have taken place at Boston College, depicts unauthorized and unacceptable behavior that does not reflect the culture of BC or the standards to which our student-athletes are held.”

We’ll have to wait and see if anything else comes of this.
