Houston Rapper Paul Wall Says He’s Hooking Astros Players Up with Custom Gold Grills in Honor of World Series Win (Video)
Looks like the Astros aren’t going to have to wait for their championship rings to get some championship bling. Houston rapper Paul Wall and business partner Johnny Dang say they are hooking all the players up with custom gold grills to celebrate Houston’s first ever World Series title.
Speaking to TMZ after the Astros beat the Dodgers in Game 7 on Wednesday, Wall and Dang said every player on the 40-man roster, plus his significant other, will get a custom 18-karat gold World Series grill. They also said they hoped to get them to the players in time for Friday’s championship parade.
Here is Wall explaining how the idea of World Series grills came about:

Whether or not Wall and Dang can actually have the grills ready for this afternoon’s parade in downtown Houston, Wall has already dropped a new track celebrating the Astros’ World Series win. Appropriately enough, it’s called “World Series Grillz.”

Kinda makes you wonder what Drake will do if the Raptors ever win an NBA championship, doesn’t it?
