Donald Trump Jr. Makes Instructional Video for How NOT to Do Deadlifts (VIDEO)
In case you didn’t know, Donald Trump Jr. is a pretty big CrossFit enthusiast. Some people think the First Son embellishes his prowess a wee bit, but he’s no Kim Jong-Il. (The late North Korean despot claimed to have shot five holes in one the first time he ever played golf.) Don Jr. actually is in pretty good shape for a 39-year-old.
That being said, you probably shouldn’t use Donald Trump Jr.’s CrossFit Instagrams as instructional videos.
Over the weekend Donny set a new personal record for the deadlift, hoisting up a whopping 375 pounds in his ridiculous frat bro outfit. However, his form is awful. The dude does all the lifting with his back. His legs don’t bend at all.
To his credit, Trump admits that his form “went to hell.” But he said he was “still pretty psyched.”

Honestly, I’m fine with the bad form. I have bad form too. What ruins this clip for me is the douchebag fist pump at the end.
